There was another shooting in Minneapolis, Saturday, and it didn’t have to happen! A violent protester was shot, and later died, because he accosted ICE agents and attempted to interfere with their activities to enforce Federal law; and he did so with a firearm (prepared for a silencer), multiple magazines of ammunition, and no identification on his person. When the agents saw the gun, they shot him, again in self defense. Pretty cut and dried… to a clear-thinking, law-abiding citizen, at least.
This did not have to happen! This violence is being supported and encouraged by the Governor, Watz; the Attorney General, Ellison; the Mayor, Frey; and the Senator from Minnesota, Klobuchar. None of these 4 leaders are supporting the Federal Government and the enforcement of Federal law, instead, doing just the opposite. They are fighting, almost literally, this administration and President Trump at every turn. Their actions are reprehensible, and quite possibly criminal, and are close to being shown to be leading an insurrection.
This could all be stopped if those in leadership on the Democrat side would come to their senses and start working with this President instead of opposing him at every turn. They are perfect examples of persons suffering from TDS, Trump Derangement Syndrome.
If you are a Liberal, a Democrat, reading this (probably unlikely, but I can hope!) you can buck your party by seeking the truth and then speaking and spreading the truth. This world needs more people who will seek the truth for themselves and not believe the propaganda of the mainstream media. For my conservative, Republican friends, be bold in supporting what you know to be true. Don’t be swayed by the volume from the Left. Don’t be silent and apathetic, and support your friends who are also trying to promote the truth.
And finally, pray that evil will be defeated and that God will bring sinners to Himself. “Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.”

I won’t be swayed in conviction and beliefs, but am learning that it is better to keep my big mouth shut if I want to see my grandchildren! We had a good Christmas together, but have had a couple of tense flareups – in September when I was visiting her and again with this Minnesota mess! Bethany says she wants a serious conversation, but she is the only one that gets to talk, so I don’t try! She called her Dad an idol worshipper because if you support what President Trump is doing, you must be worshipping him! 🙄
I do a lot of praying! One thing I came to realize is how much she is consumed by fear. I learned that after our confrontation in September. Those fears are totally based on believing lies and are irrational, but she is allowing them to consumer her! She did apologize to me and I left on peaceful terms then! But it showed me how to pray for her!
That’s hard when the opposite side is a child. I’ll keep praying that it gets better.
