Our great country is at a crossroads, and our future as a representative Democratic Republic will depend on how Democrats choose to vote in the upcoming elections— in November of this year for the mid-terms, and again for the Presidential election in November of 2028. The contrast between the majority of Republicans and the splintered Democratic Party could not be more stark.
I’m watching as President Trump kicks off the celebration of the U.S.A.’s 250th birthday with a moving rally tonight in Washington, D.C. The rally oozes patriotism with flyovers, songs of inspiration, and the Marine band and chorus. How you can watch this and not be moved is beyond me. If any of you, my Democrat friends, are reading this, please let me know what it is about Trump leading us, and the positive expressions of patriotism you disagree with?
This one event shows our division more than anything else. Can we not come together to celebrate our country? Or the better question is how can Democrats not join in the celebrations! Democrats are avoiding participating because they hate Trump more than they love the country. All I hear from Democrats is, “We have to stop Donald Trump.” I have never in my 71 years seen as much hate toward one person as I am seeing now against Trump. I seriously ask, how can you not put that hatred aside and show your love for your country? You are simply showing your disdain for this country; and well, you’re showing your true colors. Think I’m exaggerating? A recent poll showed that only 27% of Democrats are proud of their country. Only 27%! Wow. You Democrats won’t like this, but according to the definition of patriot/patriotic you are far from being a patriot, you’re showing no patriotism. By definition, you must be ‘one who loves, supports, and defends one’s country’. The policies that are for open borders, anti-ICE, anti-Christian, pro everything transgender and, the most heinous of all, the move to Socialism, a system of government that has never worked!
I don’t know if you have seen the reports and social media posts about how all our international visitors who are here supporting their teams in the World Cup feel about America. They are AMAZED at our wealth and prosperity, our great free market system based on capitalism, and general freedom! They are having more to say about our country that’s positive than many, most, on the Left. They realize how blessed we are to live here while the Democrats are bad-mouthing us at every turn. We have Democrats saying they are leaving the country because Donald Trump is our President. I’m sorry, not sorry, but that’s just plain arrogant and stupid! I tell you what, trade places with some of these visitors who think America is the best country in the world and go ahead and move to their country. I would tell you to love it or leave it!
And now, after having buried the lead…
The future of the U.S. is directly in the hands of the Democrats. Democrats, you have 3 options. One, you can quit fighting Trump at every turn and work with him to implement things that are good for us all. Example #1 is to support the Save America Act. Why should there be any opposition to safe and fair elections? I’ll answer that… there should be NONE! Support his efforts to deport illegal aliens by ICE, and to bring safety to us all and the Middle East from the mad, theocratic, radical Islamic leadership of Iran; Trump has said it over, and over again, they will never have a nuclear weapon!
The 2nd option is to continue to vote for your party. Vote for the hiding of fraud. Vote for weaponization of our justice system. Vote for open borders. Vote against supporting our greatest Middle East ally, Israel. Vote to pack the Supreme Court. Keep voting for failed Democrat policies… IF you can find out what Democrats are actually for other than simply being against Donald Trump.
The 3rd option is to move to the Left along with a maddening group of candidates who are outwardly calling themselves members of the Democrat Socialists of America, the DSA. This option will find you voting for the scariest candidates and is the most destructive one of the three. We have fought against Communism, Socialism, and Fascism for almost 100 years and these candidates of the Far Left, the DSA, are exactly what we have fought. We know these forms of government don’t work; we don’t have to guess. I could list some of these candidates and their views, but honestly, I haven’t kept a list of them as I see them, but trust me, they are radical; they are extreme. And they will take away all our freedoms and move us into Socialist/Communist dictatorships like Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea, China, and Russia.
So, if Democrats continue to exercise either of the last 2 options, our proud land will be radically transformed. That isn’t hyperbole. Our future hinges on what the Democrats do. We, Republicans, can’t do it alone; we need some Democrats to wake up and do what is right! Please… for the sake of our country. For the sake of the country that, I for one, dearly love.
